How the 90-day warranty works
If the fault we fixed shows up again within 90 days, a certified technician returns, checks that the warranty applies and corrects it at no charge. Day one is the date of service, and the cover extends to the genuine part we fitted and to our workmanship around it.
What the Sub-Zero warranty covers
- The installed part: any genuine component we put in, such as a fan motor, a heater, a sensor, a board, a valve or a seal
- The workmanship: should the repaired fault return as warmth, a leak, noise, frost or the same code, a technician comes back
What the warranty does not cover
- Components we never touched, plus sealed system faults unrelated to our repair
- Harm from a power surge, rough handling, or events after the technician has left
- A visit that stopped at diagnosis, since no repair was carried out
How to use the warranty
Call (888) 470-3377 with the repair date, the model and serial number, and a description of what the unit is doing now. We book the return visit, the same day if a slot is free. A yearly condenser clean also helps any repair last longer. More detail sits on the repair guarantee page, the Sub-Zero refrigerator repair page and the cost guide.

Questions we are asked on these calls
How long is the repair warranty?
It runs ninety days from the day of service and protects both the genuine part we installed and the labor that went with it.
What if the same problem comes back?
Phone with the repair date, model and serial number. A certified technician returns, often that same day, and corrects a covered failure free of charge.
Does the warranty cover a new fault?
No. The warranty applies to the part we repaired or replaced, plus our labor. A different component failing later gets a fresh diagnosis and its own written estimate.
What customers say
Damper problem. He knew it from my description before arriving and brought the part.
Easy booking, on-time arrival, clean work, immediate invoice. All of it was painless. It's a Sub-Zero 611.
Freezer was fine but the panel-ready Sub-Zero side sat at 55 degrees. Diagnosed a bad main control board, ordered it, back in two days to install. Kept me updated by text the whole time.
Hard to find anyone who will touch a built-in Sub-Zero. He knew the unit inside out, had the schematic pulled up, and replaced the thermistor without guessing.
